iPod Touch | April 26, 2008
I have been playing with modifications to my iPod Touch, mainly theming. I think any creative would love to dabble their feet in that pool of interactive gray area. I mean the program and interactivity is all set up, you just have to make PNGs and name them accordingly, drop them into the Touch using sftp…
I made my own skin using a concept from David Lanham called AMORA that was a mixture of AMORA and DAMINO by anjuna.

Recently, though, a friend sent me a link to an image of his friend’s iPhone that was skinned to look like a computer interface from Star Trek: The Next Generation. The nerd in me over powered me and I was able to download and implement my new theme. I have to admit… it’s really really sweet.

The friend’s friend was using a theme made by ICars.

May 1st, 2008 at 8:09 amTouch or iPhone, but wait a bit… they are dropping the price of the phones (http://techland.blogs.fortune.cnn.com/2008/04/29/att-to-cut-the-price-of-apples-new-iphone/). The theming is easy, once you understand it it takes no time at all to do. Let me know and I’ll send you the TNG theme.
