IF: Poem

When I was a child, I read a poem my father had written. To this day I have only read it that one time; this image is all that I remember from it. I do not know the words or what the scene really was- I remember the red sails.-David

Fantastically moody. Perfectly depicting a near lost memory.

So intriguing. I long to know the story and the poem but thats part of its attraction, the mystique. Very nice work!

The image itself is very poetic–a perfect tribute to whatever little you do recall of your father’s poem. I really like the vertical aspect of this one too! Oh, and the sci-fi and Star Wars stuff is brilliant!

Very nostalgic piece, even without first reading the description. I immediately recalled visiting P.A. w/ Tina and her pops back in the day, at least one of those excursions involving lots of rain. Great job on popping that red sail out without making it too saturated/bold!
